1. We have provided a handy ring chart below. Place any ring that fits your finger on the figure that it best matches. This will be your ring size. If your ring happens to be too large one circle and too small for the next circle, opt for the larger size. Your fingers will swell with exertion but will rarely shrink.
2. Print out and then cut out the provided size strip below. Make a small incision in the “Cut Here” area. Now simply slide the narrow end of the sizer through the opening you just made making sure the numbers face outward.

Place the loop around your finger (as you would a ring) and pull it to a comfortable snug. The number showing is your ring size!

What do I do if the ring is a surprise gift?

If you are purchasing a ring for a friend, loved one, or family member and it needs to be a surprise, then there are really only four things that you can do.

1. Ask someone close to them whom can keep a secret for their ring size
2. Ask if you can borrow the ring for an evening or event
3. Ask to see the ring to admire it and secretly trace the inside with a pencil on a piece of paper. Cut it out later and compare it to the circles in the first step above
4. Make a good guess by comparing their hand size to someone else and getting that person’s ring size

Tips and Tricks

Always measure ring sizes at the end of the day. This is when your finger will be the thickest.

The average ring sizes for women are 5 to 7 and for men 8 to 14. If you simply have to guess with the possibility of having to resize later, size 6.5 for women and 9 for men have the greatest odds of being right on.
